Including Doc Lib folders in Search results

I have sps portal 2003 with SQL Server 2000, all with latest service packs. I
created a topic area "area1" and it has a document library. I
uploaded/created a couple of documents and some folders inside this document
library.
I can search for a file in the document library using the search bar on the
top of the page (with the "All Sources" option , or ANY other option) and it
lists my files.
But when I search for a folder I created in the document library, it doesnt
show up
How can I enable listing of folders in the search results?
