Yes, you can. Remove the SSL access from the existing portal. Create a new
Virtual Server on a fixed IP. Create a portal on that VS and provision it
from the existing portal. Set access to use SSL and Basic Authentication.
Your LAN users access the host header portal from the LAN and do the
maintenance on the portal from the LAN. The external users access the Fixed
IP portal using SSL.
