Guess (and I'm wondering which of the five messages I should reply to):

You've run an upgrade on Office XP (There isn't an Office 2002 so I presume
that's what you mean).

You'll need to probably uninstall and then reinstall Office 2003 to recover
whatever key files that Office XP upgrade has changed.

Why are you running both Office XP and Office 2003 on the same machine?
