Hi,
I have been researching if it's possible to backup a portal and restore it
onto another SPS machine which is using a different SQL server. I have
practiced with backing up and restoring the database on the original SPS
machine and it works fine

When I try to do a restore on the second SPS server i get the following
message
"Local Paths or mapped drives are not allowed in a farm, UNC notation is
required"
This occurs when i select the xml file and click Open.

the content of the file is below...i would really appreciate any ideas
anyone has on this...
