Hi ,

We have 2 portals in our organization(non shared services).
I want the main portal to search the child portal (without indexing it in
the main portal).
What i want is to perform the search in the child portal and send the
results to the main portal.

Scenario :

1) Sending a search query at the main portal (All sources)

2) Querying search results from the main portal

3) Sending query to the child portal

4) Adding search results of the child portal to the search results of the
main portal

How can I do it ?

Can I use the QueryTemplateFromPart of the SearchResults control?

I read
