Move sharepoint to another server

Hello!!

I finish the cuztomization and uploads all the documents to my
sharepoint portal server 2003 in my test server, now i want to move all
that stuff to my production server in a diferent domain and diferent
name machine.

when i run the restore utility this is the erre i get:

"Portal creation failed Microsoft.SharePoint.SPException:
The database schema is too old to perform this operation
in this SharePoint cluster. Please upgrade the database
and try again"

in both machines are installed the same version of Sharepoint (2003)
with no sharepoint service pack, and the same version of SQL with Sp3.

I all ready try runing spsupgrade.exe un the production machine, but
keep giving me the same error

How can I upgrade the database or solve this problem.
