Ta-Dah! (Think windows success chimes) And the answer is:
"After you insert the web part on your page, click the arrow and choose
"Modify my web part"
Change the Appearance, so that it has a fixed height."
In addition, there is that place where you can choose the number of rows to
show, be sure to leave that to show all.
