Possible for Admin to go to user's My Site?

Hi.
Is it possible for an Administrator to troubleshoot someone's My Site by
going to it? I notice the My Site that comes up is automatic (whoever is
logged in), but can the Admin look at someone else's My Site to troubleshoot
an issue?
