REPOST - Default Portal Access

Perhaps I wasn't clear last time so I am going to try and
explain what I am after better.

In a site, if you go to Site Settings, Site
Administration, Manage Anonymous access - you have the
option to "Allow all users to access site" under the
heading "All authenticated users". It is an option
directly under anonymous access so it is not the same
thing.

When I go to the portal to the same location I do not
have this option. I want to give all authenticated users
access to the portal as well. I am not after anonymous
access but default access to the Portal.

If it is not in the same location as sites is it in
another location? And can you give default access to all
authenicated users at the portal level?

I hope this is a bit clearer and I hope that someone can
help me out.

Cheers
Bob
