Dear Harry NG:
I try the steps according to you suggest below. But, when I go until step 7
and click Finish, I got a error message box.
That says like, "NotesSetup.exe - can not found componet" ,"There can not
found 'lcppn201.dll' file", "May be reinstall application"
what's going on?
ps. my SPS had install Notes R.5.0.12
