Try looking at the Directory Security --> Anonymous and Access Control in IIS
under your SPS installation. Check to see if Anonymous access is enabled or
disabled. If it is enabled I would uncheck it and use straight Windows
Authentication. I was getting this error message and this corrected the
issue.
