Thank you all for the feedback, after finally getting my hands on the SPS
2003 Resource kit the pieces starting coming together. First I wasn't
familiar enough with the SPS 2003 interface and changes made since 2001.
Secondly I was accessing the websites [portals] generated from my Project
Server 2003 projects, which uses WSS and is absent of any of the DL
functionality I was seeking.
I do need to configure the backward compatible libraries to take advantage
of the reporting model I require, which is up to nine sequential approvals.
I also need to research if I can have Project Server 2003 generate its sites
as SPS 2003 portals rather than WSS portals. Or do I somehow need to
integrate the two [WSS and SPS 2003]
