but in 2001, the index server detects any changes made to a document himself
without any schedule.
its because 2001 can index a local drive, but 2003 disallow this usage!
Sharepoint disallow me to index the local server drive (c:\my documents) I
must use a UNC path. (file://server/shared folder; but I want file://c:\my
documents)

Doing an incremental or adaptative update every 5 minutes will take to many
process time.
