RE: News Web Part

Let's see if this makes more sense. From the main Portal
Page of SPS 2003 (webserver01), I created a new
Sharepoint site called HR (i.e. webserver01/sites/HR).
When I try to add News to this site it doesn't work. I
guess I'm a little lost on the terminology here. I don't
know (or am not sure...), why SPS Portal would be
creating a WSS site.
