Hi,

When we upload a document in the document library in sharepoint portal 2003
it does not ask us the title of the document.

But if you open the same document to be edited then it asks us for document
title. I agree that the document title field is not compulsary during
editing but I want a facility for the user to be able to give the document
title while uploading the document.

Can any one tell me how this can be achieved.

I look forward to your replies.

Thank you,
Kind Regards,
Adhik Kadam.
