Web parts not visible

Hi,

I created a bunch of sites for a group. When a member of this group
try to see the webpage he noticed that they are missing a lot of the
web parts that I seem to have - what might have happened and
additionally how do I get those web parts back into their sites
without having to re-create them. I am using SharePoint Portal Server
2003.
