Be aware why this is a restriction.
HTTP does not allow for sharing files you even if you remove the restriction
from SharePoint to allow the upload, when you click on the file, you will be
prompted to download the db to your local machine before opening.
This is not a restriction of SharePoint but of the HTTP protocol. Try
dropping a db into an IIS served folder and accessing it. You will see the
same behaviour!
