restriction for Access documents?

 By default files with MDB extension (i.e. Access Database files) are blocked.

 To change this, go to "Security Configuration" and remove MDB extension from the list.

  Im trying to upload an Access database, as a file, to a
 document library for people to download? Is there a
 restriction for Access documents?
