SPS Administration Console

Hi,
   I'm trying to access a workspace in the SPS admin
console, but it prompts an error message
indicating 'Permission Denied' for C:\winnt\system32
\mmc.exe

   I'm logging in as local pc administrator, however the
pc sits in another domain. Any ideas what went wrong?
