You will notice the following text in the log file:
02/02/2004 14:37:53: Failure in PreReqCheck: Dav:childcount is greater than
0 for http://bonnsps/public/Applications/modele
02/02/2004 14:37:53: The upgrade process cannot complete because the Web
Storage System public applications folder has been customized. This folder
is no longer supported. For more information see
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=18995

To resolve this issue, make sure that there are no folders or items under
the http://bonnsps/public/Applications/modele folder:
If the workspace contains folders, remove the folders. After you do so,
rerun the Upgrade.exe tool to export SharePoint Portal Server 2001 data.

I've deleted all the workspace except one and upgrade.exe works right,
althought now I can't import data ?
What are the result files of the export process ? What should they contain
??
Thanks in advance
