Sharepoint List and advanced Edit/New Form

Hello,

We have a big Sharepoint (MOSS 2007) list and need to build a
complex/advanced
form for editing the list data. There is the need for complex validation and
complex and dynamic
layout (Tab controll, dynamicly show and hide controls or enable oder
disable controls)

under WSS 2.0 we solved this with Javascript but this seems not the best
solution.

What is the best approach to develop such a form in MOSS 2007?

- Infopath
- Sharepoint Designer
- Visual Studio Webform

Important is, that it is easy to develop (WYSIWYG) and easy to deploy
