Problem with default webpart in 'Bug Database' template

Hi,

I've been using this site for several months now without a problem.
Today I added a new list & changed the Quick Launch ( nothing more )
and all of a sudden the resolve.aspx doesn't work anymore.
I've tried resetting this page to the site definition with no result.

I haven't changed anything programmatorically, all via the standard
WSS 3.0 interface

The error I get is ( after disabling customError handling ) :
