We are developing a custom back-end program that is supposed to email
Sharepoint users on a daily basis. One user can only receive one email
with all the information targeted at him.

Now am stuck at, how can I get all the users who fit a specific
criteria. For instance, all users who are members of sub site A and B
ONLY and no other sub site. E.g Omar is a member of A, B and C. Jack
is a member of A and B and John is a member of A and C. The result
should return Jack only. Is there any in built feature that supports
user searching?
