SharePoint Server 2003 Installation Problem

Hi,

I am new to SharePoint, I am trying to install SharePoint Server 2003
on my system, which is as a configuration :

OS : Windows Server 2003 with SP1
ADS Enabled
Visual Studio Microsoft DotNet 2005.

Whn i try to install SharePoint Portal 2003 on my system i get the
following warning when i try to assign the user for the DataBase

"warning: sharepoint portal server could not verify the windows NT
account you entered. This account will be used to access and modify
settings in the configuration database"

I had one more query, it was mentioned that the account user must be a
member of Poer Users, But i am confused as we don't have the power
uers group in Windows Server 2003.

Can some help me out in solving this mystery and help me out in
installin gSharePoint Server 2003.
