Adding all user in a domain to a sharepoint site

Hi guys,

A bit new to accessing Sharepoint with C# and Sharepoint in general.

Could anyone tell me if there is a way to add all users of a
particular Windows domain to a Sharepoint site using C#? So that all
the users in that domain can access that site.

If so how.

Any help would be much appreciated,
