IRM on MOSS

I can't enable IRM on a document library.
After I create a permisions policy on a document library when I want to ann
a new document I get an error from Word 2007 "Word was unable to read this
document. It may be corrupt".
IRM server works well, and if I remove that policy from document library I
can open a new document without any errors.
