Re: save a subsite as template

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I came across this the other day with MOSS2007. There was no link to
save a site as a template and after some googling, found this:

http://portal/site/_layouts/savetmpl.aspx

It will save the current site as a template and add it to your create
site template list.

Hello:

I go to the top level site admin, go to view site hierarchy, there I can
manage subsite.

I think that in the "look an feel" I ought to find "save site as template"
but I can not find this link.

In the top site I can do it.

Can I not save a site as template?

Thanks
