There is no built in web part that shows a list from another area\site.
However, you can buy aggregating web part from companies like omnisys
(http://www.omnisys.co.il/itsolutions/main.asp?lngCategoryid=1730) or
corasworks (http://www.corasworks.net/)
you may also like KwizCom calendar aggregation with exchange
