You can only add entries into the profile for valid NT logons...so you
cannot do what you are looking for.

When I import user profiles into SP I can create pesonal site for each
user.
There I can view user info, his photo and etc. But I can import profiles
for
users who exist in AD (am I right?). In my situation I need create same
personal sites for users who are not registered in AD.
