thanks for the reply, it seems logic. Will test it out soon.

However, I was wondering, where exactly should I create this Shared
Document Library? We're using SPS here. As administrator I can add a
document library in each area of the portal, but that doesn't seem the
correct method imo.

Above that, the teamusers should have read & write access to the shared
document library (and guests should only have read access).
