dynamic web page viewer based on url in query sting?

Is it possible to setup a page with a web page viewer web part where the url
that the web part displays is a variable that is assigned it's value from
the query sting in the original url to the page?

So, page is called myviewer.aspx. Open IE, give it the url
http://portal/myviewer.aspx?page=www.microsoft.com

When the page opens the web page viewer web part displays www.microsoft.com.

Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks!
