Trouble with Branding

I've used the following article to replace the standard banner on our SPS
Portal:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/odc_sp2003_ta/html/office_sharepointapplyingcorporatebrand.asp

The banner looks fine, but on some pages I do not get the changes.
Selecting "Topics"-> "Manage Content" will open SharePoints default banner
(http://servername/_layouts/1033/spsviewlsts.aspx?CatID=xxxx)

How do I implement my new banner on these pages?
