Restricting the creation of sites using templates

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hello,

We are creating site definitions and one of the requirements we have is
to restrict the available type of sites for creation for a certain
template.

For example: When I create a Customer type of site, we want to enable
the user to create only Project sites as subsites.

Any clue of which XML file should I work with?

Thanks,
Alejandro
