Installations of the Applications for Windows SharePoint Services

I tried to install couple of the applications that I downloaded from
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/sppt/wssapps/default.mspx, but I
ran into problems. I was able to load the templates but after I applied the
template to a new site definition I created (Copied the STS, copied and
editted webtemp.xml). But after I loaded the template, I tried to Relink the
Forms, I was not able to find them in order to reload them.
Can anyone help?
