\par For the entries at the portal listing, they can be included or excluded in the search. By default, each entry is included in search. So if the url pointing to other IIS server appears at the listings, they will appear at the search if the searching keyword matches them.

\par We can configure the seraching of each entry at the listing. Please browse into "portal site home->Manage Content->Portal Listings". Then click the "Edit" command of the entry short-cut menu. At the "Search" tab, you can decide whether to include this listing in the search result.
