  It appears so, I did a count in Active Directory we have about 1100 users, and in sharepoint we have 1103 user profiles under Site Settings > Manage Profile Database > View User Profiles. I also checked some of the users that are not showing up, and verified that they do have a profile.

      I am trying to add an audience from Active Directory with a Group that has over 200 users. For some reason when finished adding this group as an audience and after compilation, I'm only getting 16 members for this audience.
      Values I'm using to create my audience:
      Name: TestAudience
      Include user who: Satisfy any of the Rules
      Operand: User
      Operator: Member Of
      Value: Domain\Group
      Could anyone help?
