In a "Web part page", we have either a "Modify Shared Page" or "Modify
Personal page" via which the content of all the web parts in the page can be
modified.

Is it possible to have a "Modify Web Part" link for each web part instead of
the GLOBAL "Modify Shared Page" link. The "Modify Web Part" link should be
attached to the required web parts. Thus
1) Clicking the link associated to a Content Editor web part, should enable
the user to edit the text (probably by popping up a RTF editor)
2) Clicking the link associated to a Image web part, should enable the user
to specify a new image.
