You sure seem to be correct. I just got this call from a user working on an
urgent project. Sure enough, someone has deleted the forms folder, and the
DocLib is close to useless.

I can create a new default view to see the docs, but it is quite difficult
to work with it. The internal folders are not handled well.

They have a LOT of stuff there, or else I would be satisfied with just
creating a new DocLib and moving the files down to a PC and then up to the
new DocLib.

As it is, I can not upoad docs or create new folders, etc. I have even
recreated the Forms folder via different methods (Front Page 2003, network
share to the DocLib), and populated it with the appropriate files from
another DocLib, but they don't 'register' or something. They do not show up
in the Select a View list, or enable the Upload feature, or even work when I
put the correct link into the address bar.

Any ideas? If I could AT LEAST get the Explorer View to work, it would be
easier to migrate the files to a new DocLib.
