Have you ever found your way into the Application Server Manager via the
Manage Your Server | Manage this role, where you are in the Application
Server Role?
When you get there, make a shortcut on the desktop. You will find it useful.

ok, now what... as I found those what do I do now, to configure the server
properly, as there is something blocking the Create Portal Site at 52%
completion as per the error log.
