Get Portal Context from vanity url

I am trying to get a portal context object from a IIS hostheader.

We create a iis web and create a portal in that website. Then we add a
additional host header to that portal.

Example myportal.test.company.com then we add myportal.company.com

Because the portalcollection urls only knows about myportal.test.company.com
how do you get the portalcontext using the vanity from a middle tier object?
