'reset' connection between webparts

when I let two lists -'a' and 'b'- connect and filter data ('b' filters its information on data supplied by 'a'), how can I go back to a unfiltered list of information in list 'b'? Do I have to add a special item in list 'a' that selects all info in list 'b'?
