Create Logon & Password Page

Sorry- Yes I have another question. I am wanting to
create a Login and Password Authentication page, where
the user has been assigned the login and password when
prompted to login. Any suggestions on how to create a
webpart to do this? I have SPS 2001. Thanks!!
