Viewing my own webparts in Frontpage

Are you trying to implement a designer for the control?
When you load a web part in via Frontpage 2003 it is
initialized in design mode. If you are trying to
implement items or other assemblies in the design mode of
a control then you will have issues if the assembly is not
listed as a safe control.

Does this help?
