I found that the pound sign "#"
as first character of a folder name
will disable relative path resolution
of hta includes in path.
It is a "legal" windows file system
character.
Interesting. I never would have dared to try that.
I treat Windows like delicate crystal. For instance,
I'm shocked at the sight of the sort of reckless daredevils
who brazenly click a button 2, 3, or even 4 times, as
though they were attacking a broken crosswalk signal.
I always click once, carefully, and hope, with a touch of
crazed animistic superstition, that Windows has noticed
and appreciated my courtesy. :)
...And the meek shall inherit stable Windows...
