block web msn

hi,

my network environment is windows 2003 standard with active directory, dns,
dhcp and wins. most of client is windows xp professional sp 2. in fact, i
have already used the gpo to block msn messenger to run in the client but
they still can use web msn, i search internet and then someone told me that
if i write the following in the host file:

127.0.0.1 webmessenger.msn.com

but i do not have any idea to write it.

please help
