Todd, you are one tough cookie.

In my company, that memo better come from the CEO himself (or herself),
otherwise some "big-wig" is going to be working a midnight on a critical
project -- and if he/she gets a memo like that from the I.T. department
then the I.T. chief is going to be "history" the next day.
