Command line "protect my computer..." in RunAs?

If you right-click an exe or shortcut in XP and select Run As, you get an
option to "Protect my computer and data from unauthorized program activity."
This is very useful for sandboxing an IE instance. However, I cannot find
any way to get to this through the command line RunAs utility or to create a
shortcut where "Protect my computer" would be automatically enabled. Any
ideas?
