    When you allow 'locking' of a system,

    you 'photon' control over priorities.

    You render execution scope to randomness.

    And I agree that send keys is not a solution.

    Because a system has its own life and does not care
    about peripherals (mouse, keyboard, cell phone, and people)

    (Or tax payers and the like.)
