In addition to a sideways invocation of Godwin's law he said, well, you can
see his words below. I will try to transliterate some of this for you,
in-line...

Obviously, the above line is all about equality. Nothing to argue with
there...

Hmmmm... I'm going to have to come back to this one, the double-negative
alone is enough to make me dizzy.

This is completely obvious. Well, everything but what the word 'it' is
referring to...

Not sure here. Did they have three devices, some of which were
triangulators, and some were gyroscopes? Maybe that is why some hit the mark
and some missed. What we learn from this history lesson is that
documentation is far too important to leave to the first revision.

Ahhh, he want to bring back the TV show called "Sliders", and he is willing
to pay for it!

So obvious he failed to mention church and state.

Demand/expect more from hardware than wetware.

I think this is a hint as to the kind of credence that should be given to
his words. Maybe put them into google language tools, convert between all of
the available languages, sort into random order, and viola, you have a good
approximation of the starting point.

Pad words, I believe, something like the verbal 'umm' many of us pepper our
speech with.

More equality, rah, rah!

More motherhood and apple pie statements such as others of his that go
unchallenged for some reason or other.

All in all, he answered a technical question about aborting the logoff
procedure with an existential exposition on the meaning of meaninglessness.
It's about what we have come to expect.
