[HELP] Virus / Trojan on computer !

Hello,

I have the anti-virus following:

AVG free, A2, AD-Aware6, Spybot-s&d, Spyware Doctor and CCleaner

My problem?

After having carried out all the scanners of my hard disk with the
programs above, it me detecte always the Trojan following:

Downloader.Agent.4.BD
Proxy.10.AN
Startpage.11.AG
Dialer.11.AF
Downloader.Webinstall.A
P2E.N
IstBar.4.BT
Wintrim2.AD

the messages ceaseless of AVG previennent me without stop of infections
and at the end of one 1/2 hour, a blue screen appears if I validate all
alarms of AVG.

Help!
